New: Community-Created Pieces

Our first community-created Maseitai has been added, courtesy of Dudical and UnkleFrank - “Hiro”.

To use community-created pieces, go into the Allowed Pieces section (renamed from Banned Pieces) when starting a new game. Community-created pieces are disallowed by default but you can check them to allow them to be used in a game.
